We went to the site this week-end, which I must add is turning into a very good looking neighbourhood!! We can't wait until July 09!!!! When we were driving around we noticed that there aren't very many Preston models out there! Which is kind of nice that we will be a little different from the rest. Anyway I just wanted to see if there were any other Preston owners that are on this board! When do you close?? What phase are you in?? What upgrades have you done?? Looking forward to meeting everyone. Block party summer 09 on Fletcher circle!!!

We don't have a Preston but we've also noticed the same thing as you sort of - There isn't alot of Hillcrest's in the area. :)

Hey...My wife and I bought a Preston a couple weeks back, lot 4 in phase 4 and we're closing March 25th '10. Can't wait!!!! Take Care.

That is awesome!!! Well enjoy the process for sure, it's an awesome trip for sure!! The time will fly and before you know it you'll be all moved in!! Have you had any of your appointments yet??? Or perhaps it's a little too early for that! What elevation did you go with??

Hi! We also bought a Preston early this month at lot 1xx and closing April 2010. Any recommended upgrades on Preston?

Does Preston houses have doors to the basement? It says "DN if required". What does that mean?

Hey!

We bought a Preston and we close in March. There is a door that leads to the basement, right next to your door that enters the garage.

Thank you! I'm getting excited with the new house come April. Looks like not too many people like Preston.
