Its great to meet you....sort of anyway...........LOL

What lot are you................

I am a Southgate End....block 6, lot 6.............

It was a tough decision for me a Southgate end or a corner.......

But, I went with Southgate End because I didnt want all that front yard on the side....LOL......I figured there would be more privacy with the end unit.......

I want minimal amount of grass....i will likely have perenial gardens.....LOL

But the Southgate is one of the best layouts.....

I am single and 1509 sq feet is the perfect size.....not too big and not to small....lol

Have you heard any word if they are moving our possession up yet....I am assuming you have oct 2009.
