What is everyone opinion on the brick colours that have been chosen for the townhomes? Personally I think they all look great but the has to be some favourites out there....

Hey Shaunn,

What is the brick colour of our Block? do u have any pictures of the actual brick?


Also do u know if our street has been put in yet?

I LOVE the one that was chosen for our block. It is my favorite of all I've seen so far. Love it! Love it!

Especially with the black shingles and sand coloured siding - I think it's going to be gorgeous.

my block is the best:p

I think #2 is a very nice brick as well, close second.

Im personally not a big fan of the darker one that went up along side of the detached houses in the area.

Need to head back out to the site this weekend to see more

Hey Brian...I'm not sure which colour it will be, but I'm guessing either the ligh or dark multicoloured brick, the lighter sandy coloured brick seems to be for the blocks with the corner lots, 237 is a straight row. I'm hoping for the darker one myself, but they are all really nice.

Michigan Ave is not in yet but if you drive along blackbridge then you will see where it will intersect with Michigan Ave, the next street is Baldwin which I believe you can take all the way through to Guelph Ave. I cant wait till we see where the lots will be!!

the colour of your bricks look like the san antonio option. I love that colour as well......that's the same colour I picked for our house.

we're definitely very pleased with the colour that got chose for us...

Im sure we'd love it with any other colour too :D

We still do not have the brick on our townhouse! I see that block 11 now has their brick and I'm assuming ours will be the same but not sure. I love the dark brick on block 10! And the red on block 12.

If anyone has an insite on what colour our brick is going to be, I would love to know!! We are Block 9.

Did you contact the sales centre....they may know the brick colour. If they don't know, ask them who would know.

Before ours was done, I called the builder's office and they told me the name of the brick, and also what block that was already done was the same as mine. We got the nice dark one like block 10.

Has anyone seen the orange brick on one of the detached houses in the townhouse area? It is a bit strange.

Hi,

I like all the colour bricks they are using on townhouses in the Millpond. I will be happy if they keep the same brick in phase 6.

I just hope they dont change it and I get a really lite coloured brick....LOL

I cant wait till next weekend, I fly home from Mexico after 6 weeks. First thing i will do on Sat. is drive around the Millpond.....LOL

Good idea! I will call them and find out. I really like the dark brick, but it is right beside our block so I know we wont be getting that colour. I guess either way it doesn't really matter as we don't have a say in the colour for the townhomes, but I'm just curious.
