window cranks

Hey Southgate owners,

Take note of the issue with the window cranks...............I walked through one of the Southgate end townhomes being built and in the great room, only one of those 3 windows open, the same with the kitchen and Master bedroom......

I like fresh air coming in the house.....................So i will be purchasing an extra window that opens in the great room, kitchen and Master.

$177.00 each I think.........

We did that too - we added an extra operating window in the Master and the Great room. We walked through this weekend after the windows were installed and they were there...I think it's going to make a big difference for airflow.
