Pawsh Pet Boutique is now open!!!
We are located at 8 Queen Street West in Hespeler. We specialize in all natural dog, cat food and treats. We carry a wide selection of collars, leashes, pet attire and all kinds of toys.
Pawsh Pet also has a "Do it yourself" Doggie wash (opening soon).

We're so excited to be located in such a great part of Hespeler and look forward to meeting you and all your furbabies!!! :D

So what happened that made you close for so long, I have been driving all the way to St Jacobs for four months because no one would answer my messages. I left so many at the number you had on your door it was crazy, but never a reply. I felt like it just didn't matter that I had been faithful to your store for years, not to mention the customers I sent over there. Oh and who is Norbert is says in a previous post that he is still involved in the business. Sorry I dealt with you guys for years and I only recall Kyla, Kim and Linda and a few part timers. But seriously are you going to stay around for a while? I was supposed to have a free bag of food the next one i bought and you just closed. Are you gonna honour us old timers you owe food to? Sorry I sound negative but you left your customers in an awful position and didn't even call us or mail us. You say you are the owner now but you are the daughter of this so called Norbert (hespeler information mill is excellent to get info out) so should we trust you or just continue to go elsewhere? My dogs where sick for two weeks while I tried to find somewhere new that carried my type of food, but the bottom line is you are closer and more convenient.

I was wondering this as well. I was about 1/2 way to a free bag. Do we have to start over now?

Up until now I had no involvement in Pet Emporium. I do apologize that no one ever contacted you or returned your calls.
Due to personal reasons, Norbert and Linda were no longer able to continue with the store. Linda ran the store, Norbert was the actual owner of Pet Emporium.
If I hadn’t decided to take over the store it would have remained closed.
As long as your customer card is in the store I will honor the free bag of food, I will need your name so I can find your card. I do realize that customers were left hanging, not knowing what was going on,but like I said I'm sorry but I had no involvement in the store up until now; but I do plan on being around for a while!!

I just read your post and I am shocked. Who are you? You're worse than the spanish inquisition. Are you even a resident of Mill Pond? Stores close and reopen all the time, this store doesn't look the the last one nor does it have the same name or staff so what gives?
If I was that poor girl that took over the store I wouldn't even have responded to your
crazy ass. It is one thing to ask if they would honour the old program because one of the old owners is involved, but to go on about drama and so called connections to the family? All I say that is if you are a Mill Pond resident, I hope you are not close to us. You're bat shit crazy and overly angry. It's dog food, get over it.

I have been a Hespeler resident for over 50 years, and might I add that in that time I have never seen such attitude and bad language put into print by someone using the pretence of being a good resident. I asked what I had to ask and the new owner showed much class and honesty in her answer to me. She obviously is knowledgeable enough to realize that customer service even when uncomfortable is the way to get and keep her clientelle. Hope your not a neighbour of mine either, now enough of your rudeness.
To the new owner, thank you for your reply, I greatly appreciate it. I do not consider it just to be dog food, if i did have this attitude I would be shopping at PetSmart where the pets are second only to profits. You have a long road ahead of you to undo the damage done by the last owner, not the staff including Linda. I hope you can do your research and be half as knowledgeable as Linda and her staff, she was in the industry for over 7 years and she knew her stuff. If I recall the file that had the bags bought list was in excel under the name buyer cards of frequent buyer cards, hope that helps.
My two companion dogs greatly appreciate along with me that we once more have a local store we can go to for our purchases as well as just for a treat when out for our walks. Best of luck and we will be dropping by real soon.
