Nanny needed ( preferably Indian and Live Out )

Hi,

I need a good nanny for my child starting January 2011 .

My child would be around 7 months in January 2011.

I need someone with good recommendations .

a 9 hour nanny ( 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ) would be very suitable for us . We are open to other options as well.

Some people homeshare the Nanny . We are open to that idea.

I have also heard that some times seniors living with their working children , also provide daytime care to pass time.

Any recommendations / suggestions ..
