I live in Mill Pond and have been painting for over 20 years. I am looking do work in the Mill Pond Area, rooms starting from $100. You can email me @ ptfire@hotmail.com
Hi,
I am planning to paint my own house in the next few months.
But, I am planning to hire someone to do the stiarwell and the upstairs hallway. . Do you have scafalding etc....the issue is to do a great job around the ceiling in the stiarwell and at the same time to not scratch up my hardwood stairs...... ..I have a townhouse, but there is no way I could do a decent job in the stairwell....
I have no intention of running pieces of 2 x 6 across my stairs to a ladder and standing on that....lol
I was thinking of hiring college pro painters to do it.
You might become a very busy guy around here! Do you paint full time or just part time?
Are you comfortable painting walls that are 18 feet high along the stairs? How about ceilings above the stairs going down to the basement?
Our entire Next Step needs to be sanded, primed and repainted as well as several other walls throughout the house.
A word of warning ... I'm a perfectionist. Our painting job needs to be completed by the third week of June. After that we'll have scheduling conflicts.
Edit: Geez Jason we posted the same thing at the same time.

I am in a townhouse too and the stairwell shouldn't be too much of a problem. I would be happy to come over and have a look.

Hi There,
Do you also paint ceilings
Our ceiling needs to be sanded and repainted along the noticeable beam running from our livingroom to kitchen. There is also the nail pops around the parimiter of the rooms that need to be sanded and painted.
We would also be looking at having our foyer and stairwell painted.
