Thanks, I looked at that house today but there is an offer on it. I will wait to see if it is accepted. I am hoping to get a private sale.

Hi,

A townhouse in my block is going up for sale in september. The owners bought a 34 foot single family home......there possession is December.......so you would not be able to move in until december. ..............There townhouse is 1350 sq feet i think. I am not sure if you want to wait that long....You might be able to get that as a private sale.....

Its in Phase 6...block 6

Congrats on your purchase. Just make sure you spend a lot of time at the Design Centre PRIOR to your design appointments, to think about upgrades and options etc......lol

In addition in my opinion its a good idea to find a churchhill under construction and tour through it to look for placement of ceiling lights etc in case you want to change the position.

My neighbours who are moving from the town house to the 34 foot lot are stressing IMO, because they did not spend the time upfront to really think about upgrades, features etc.......

We have a Churchill B which is nearing completion, if you ever want to take a peek after we are moved in just let us know. I know how frustrating it was to try to plan your upgrades when there is no model. I must say that I have been really impressed with the design as all the space is well utilized. My only two cents on this model was to get the laundry upstairs as it leaves lots of space in the basement and really doesn't take away from the top floor.

Thanks for the offer, I may have to take you up on that offer. When is your closing?

We close July 15th, but hoping for a little sooner, it is nearly ready. Just missing carpet, cabinets and plumbing fixtures.
The one upgrade they could not do was widen the archway from the dining room to the great room.
