Just wanted to start up a Blog for these 4 blocks as we will all be sharing backyards!!!! We are Melissa and Michael 125-1 Michigan Avenue. We will be moving in May 24 weekend!!! Excited to meet all of you!

Hello neighbours!

My husband James and I, along with our two dogs Bubba and Venture, and 2 cats Maisie and Jack are moving into 127-1 (13 Abbott) on May 22nd. I think our little block is going to be busy over that weekend!

Maybe at some point, we could have a "meet with a drink" in the park across the street to get to meet everyone face to face.

Also, feel free to wander over to our house on the 22nd... We'd love to say hi :) I'm sure we'll do some wandering of our own too!

We're having the PDI tomorrow at 11! I'll let y'all know how it goes. James can't come so my dad is driving all the way from Niagara to help me out since I don't really know what to look for. We sign with the lawyer on Monday and get the keys wednesday :) We're not moving until saturday the 22nd though, which I think is the same date a few people are moving. It's gonna be a busy weekend on Abbott Crescent!

Remember this is just your pdi. Anything you don't catch on pdi you can do on your 30 day list. And you have 1yr warranty thru Mattamy.

You can take your level and your marbles if you like. Happy closing. My pdi is on the 21st.

our PDI is on 17th!!! keys on the wednesday too! so excited that we decided to stay the night!

I hope everyone's PDI goes well. Mine is on the 20th (closing the 27th). Some of you will already have your keys by then! How great.
Good luck with all your PDI's and move-ins. Hope all goes smoothly. I'm still in packing mode - not fun.

Me too, My fiance went to the cottage for four days for his stag and i got to pack!!! whats up with that. hahaha But its really exciting packing everything up i just dont know how we acquired all this STUFF!!! Hope everyones move goes well!!!!

We had our PDI on friday and I was really impressed! There were only a few surfaces marks/places where paint was missed on the walls, and a couple of issues outside. Overall, it looks fantastic!

We're deep in packing mode too. Can't wait for this saturday when we move!

I hope it doesn't creep people out, but when I went for the PDI, I stuck my head in a couple of the other homes in row 127 because most of the doors were open... everyone's looks really good!

I'm not sure we'd have enough to put in a garage sale! Most of our stuff went to making sure each room in the new house has at least something in it lol. Maybe next year we'd be ready for a street sale.
