Just wondering if there are any Churchill owners out there. We are having an issue with our widened arch which comes with a coffered ceiling. They closed up the widened arch back to a standard sized one and have mentioned that they may not be able to do it as per the plan? After callng the design center they said it should not be an issue as it is an offered upgrade and that the construction office should contact the architectural office to view the plan. I am questioning what the heck is going on, wouldn't they have the proper plans??!! Has anyone had the upgrade done on their house?
