How long before closing should I expect to recieve my design/upgrade book?

I am not exactly sure Danny. I can tell you that we close on May 6th and have our first design appointment November 5th. They gave us our book approximately 4 weeks ago.
Based on our situation, you'd get it about 7 months before closing. They told us we were on the "advanced dig" because Winter's coming so maybe we got it a little early.

You'll have plenty of time to be amazed :eek: at some of the prices and change your mind a bunch of times on what upgrades you want/need.

If someone else on the boards has bought the same model as you they should be able to give you some price info.

we bought a townhouse... and close in March, we got our guide book at orientation in May

I am in Phase 6 lot 6-6 Southgate End.

My closing date is Oct 2009. I picked up my design guide yesterday, november 1st......

I was surprised how early i got it........

so you think I'll be able to pick up a copy of it from the sale center now?

Hi Danny,

They called me and sent me a letter telling me it was available.

Call them and ask if it is ready for you...........

I bought in July [before the price increases] maybe it has something to do with the timing of when you purchased.

You usually get it at your orientation appointment unless you miss that!
