We have the Thompson model with the jut out bathroom in the front of the house. We cannot believe how cold the bathroom is that connects the children's bedrooms. Its honestly 5-10 degrees colder and the floor is soooooooo cold. Is anyone else finding this problem?? If so, is this something specific to this floor plan or is something missing beneath the floors! :confused:

I to have this model and same elevation. I don't close until june though, but I would be interested in seeing if anyone else has ran into this problem.

We have a Thompson as well and are room is pretty cold, here is what we were told;
because the room is the farthest from the furnace it will be the last to be heated, and with the thermostat in the dinning room the house thinks it is up to temperature.
We closed our vents on the man floor and the basement and opened the 2 floor only, the room is a lot warmer then before.
