Smart Meters?

Hey Everyone,

I was talking with some people who live in the GTA whose houses are getting the new Smart Meters.

Does anyone know if our houses will have them to begin with?

And for those who are in a house now and have it (or will have it) what are your thoughts?

On the Smart Meter website it says all homes will have one by 2010.

Well Dion! When our house was built new in Nov 2005! We didnt get them but sure enough the following year they replaced them with the New Smart meters! Dont really see much of a major difference as We arent home during the day anyway! :) I find it way easier going on Equal billing anyway although now Hydro One will adjust it quaterly based on usage so in the summer if its hot they screw you! :) But in the winter with Led lights you save!
