garden door in kitchen

I am glad it is sort of snowing out and windy today. I noticed that I can feel a breeze coming through the garden door in the kitchen.

The garden door does not shut tight and have a good seal. If i push on it, i can push it back enough to stop the breeze coming through.

I will have to call the construction office tomorrow and/or add it to my 30 day list coming up on Nov. 15th.

I would have never thought to check the seal on the doors....I just happened to notice a breeze coming through.....lol

It seems they have problems with doors in many houses. Our front door needed fixing but they got right on it as soon as we closed.

If it's not fixed right away be sure to put it on your 30 day list. That's the only list you can hold them accountable to if you need to get Tarion involved to resolve this issue.

Don't forget to transfer your unfinished PDI and 10 day list onto the 30 day form as well.
