We move in the summer of 2010. We chose Elevation A as I love a veranda, you?

We just received our design book and are trying to decide among the many many options...Have you decided upon many upgrades?

We are elevation B, only 2+ months away. Yes, we have done all our upgrades months ago. Enjoy the process, the selection is pretty decent to say the least.

We bought in Phase 4B Lot 131 on Michigan Ave. Our closing is date is in August. We just had our structual and are anxiously awaiting our design consultation in February. Making selections was easy for me as I have a design background and am presently a colour consultant for a Benjamin Moore Paint store. I understand that it can be a very daunting task, but there is a great deal of satisfaction when you finally have all your choices made.

Hello,

In the main bathroom of our Twin Cedars they have placed the heating vent between the toilet and the shower. Has this happened to anyone else? We have the standard layout upstairs.
