backyards?

Anyone have any info on the size of the backyards for the townhouses?

For our lot, it is 21' deep x 23' wide.

There is a site map and it has every lot on it.............It specifies the width and length of the lot.

The only thing I dont know from it is how the Townhouse will be positioned on the lot. Therefore I am not sure the size of the frontage and the backyard.

You will find the site map intyeresting to look at. The length of the lots of the townhouses is almost the same as the single homes............

I am in Phase 6.................Block 6 number 6.......I cant remember the exact lot #............I paid 2,000 extra for the lot, no ones back yard touches mine, there is a street behind me.....lol....more privacy...lol

My lot is 85.58 X 28.41......

Take a look at the lot sizes of the single homes............many are only 82 length........

The only thing i dont know is how the townhouse will be positioned on the lot, so I dont know frontage and backyard size.....LOL

I would ask the sales reps at the matamy sales office about the size of your backyard. since most lots are small, alot of people would be questioning the size of the backyard.
