I just love the Riverside. Walk in closets in all rooms. Awesome. My teenage girls are so excited and so am I.

I love the Riverside model and are considering purchasing one. I just don't like that the closet is not near the front door.

I love that model. The bathroom designs are better than in the Northridge. I like that the laundry room is central to all the bedrooms. The kitchen/breakfast area is a great design and FIVE walk in closets!

The front closet is too far from the front door but it is close to the garage.

In the Northridge we have a front closet and a rear closet which is nice. I'm using the rear one to store a freezer and water cooler. We had an AC outlet put in by the basement contractor. Our rear closet is more like a walk in pantry now. We seem to prefer hanging coats in the front closet.

They should've put the dining room next to the kitchen and the powder room and closet closer to the front in the Riverside.

We absolutely love our Riverside! My girls truly are enjoying their walk-in closets. Prior to buying the Riverside I did have some reservations about the closet not being close to the front door. I think in the winter months we would be parking our cars in the garage more often and then entering through the garage door which would mean that the closet would be in a perfect location. It really hasn't been an inconvenience to carry the light jackets 8- 10 steps to hang up. In our last house we did have a closet near the front door and my husband and kids still put their jackets on the stair banister:rolleyes:.
