Hi Brian,

This poster is just like the other ad that I posted about in the "General Section" of this site. A detached 43' is for sale. The ad is quite funny with all the spelling mistakes in it!

LOL I also saw on kijiji a Thompson for rent says it will be ready by feb 2009! It was asking 1600.00 plus utilities lol! Hell you can buy it for cheaper then that! Wonder if its one that is almost complete already! :)
But I know for a fact that in terms of selling it before possession it wasnt allowed as someone bought one and wanted to sell it and buy a bigger one and the sales office at Millpond said NO!
