So Kevin and I were at the site yesterday during the day and toured alot of the homes.
There are 3 hillcrests being constructed right now so we were super happy to be able to tour them!
Since it was daylight, we could finally see into the basement when we went in.... now here lies the problem... They all have their rough in (baths) and we don't.
As soon as they poured our foundation, we thought something was a little bit off. We just thought they had moved our rough in from the floor plan. Then when touring the other Hillcrests, they all there rough in in the same spot and the other "pipes" (I don't know what they are) in the same spots as us. We then realized we don't have a rough in :( And they had poured our concrete floors already too!

I'm going to call up the construction office and see what they say.

I've always read about them forgetting about things, but you never really expect it to happen to your house! :(

I called earlier and they said they will send someone out to our site to check it out. They are supposed to be calling me back. I am hoping they call me back today as I would like to know what's going, especially since we are scheduled to receive our 1st floor lumber tomorrow! I would hope they fix it before they start framing our floors. I want to be able to see the progress.
I am sure they are still early enough that it won't delay us... (Crosses fingers!)

So just got the call now back from Mattamy!

Bo (? I think that was his name) called and told me that we were in fact correct that we didn't get the rough in, and that they accidently installed it in another basement (Probably Lot 147 as we seen! They had small non upgraded windows)
He said that they are drilling out the concrete right now, and will be fixing the problem this afternoon. They will have the concrete poured tomorrow to cover it up and it will be good as new =)
I'm happy that this issue got resolved super fast and won't delay our framing going up!!
:D
