southgate end upgrades

Can any one post a list of options for the southgate end and the prices as well. Also I was wondering if clove is a standard colour for the cabinets? Thanks

Hi there, I got the clove colour in my kitchen and it is not standard. It cost me $1500 more for the hillcrest kitchen and I think around $300-500 more for each bathroom. Also if you add things to the cabinet layout such as pots and pans drawers, top drawers, corner cabinets etc, it costs more as well. hope that helps!!!

PS, the cocoa colour looks very similar to the clove when its all said and done. and that colour is standard. also the pacifica oak is very close to clove.....some options if you are not looking to spend the extra cash.

The door styles vary! Go into the design centre on the weekend and i'm sure they will be more then willing to help you out!

I bought a Southgate End.............Phase 6 lot 6, block 6 elevation D. possession Oct 15 2009, they are framing place now.

When is your possession.............Is there anything in particular you are looking for in pricing. Let me know.....

I was looking at possibly oak stairs. I would like to extend a wall and add tiles to a carpeted area. Also can u replace the tub in the ensuite with a shower.

Hi CCHIR,

You will not be able to extend walls. You will not be able to replace the tub in the master with a shower. I think in some rooms you can rpelace carpet with tile.....ie in great room, formal room.
