Mattamy townhouses

Hi,

I noticed on Mattamy web site, under houses for sale it says townhouses are "temporaily sold out"

I wonder if they are going to create another block of townhouses. They seem to sell well. Good pricing for first time buyers or people looking to downsize.

Hey jrb,

I remember hearing something, not sure if I remember exactly... but it was something like if they don't sell out of all of the townhouses that they would build them anyway and then sell them as is when they are done for cheaper. So I guess then you wouldn't be able to get certain upgrades. In April there were quite a few lots in phase 4 not sold yet. I wonder if maybe that's why they're temporarily sold out??
