Lot for sale and it's not even built yet!

I was doing some Googling this morning and I came across a listing on Kijiji with a house for sale already! It's scheduled to be completed in Jan.
The ad is full (And I mean FULL!!!) of bad grammar and spelling!
(I mean I am not the worlds best speller but in an ad for selling a house I would be using my spell check for sure!!)

LOL You cant be serious! Must be a joke! I emailed the poster to see what the asking price is for it! Still find it very hard to believe someone can spell like that when all they have to do is go off the brochure they recieve!:) Wonder if they would get the money part right! :D

Oh man... Looking at this ad the next day is still hilarious!!
Every single line in this ad is just fantastic!

Like Style, I inquired about the ad, and they emailed me back last night. Whoever sent me the email, sure knew how to spell check!
This is what the email said:

Hi There

Date of completion Jan. 20, 2009 and all we are asking now $25000, you have to go for your mortagae approval

That's all it

Now I am going to email back and ask him again what is the total price.

So he emailed me back. In total he is asking 325,000 for the house.
Again, perfect spelling in the email. Makes me wonder why he would put the ad on Kijiji full of grammar and spelling errors?
Meh!
From what I have read on other new home forums, alot of home purchasers bought homes just with the intention of selling after completion. So I wouldn't be surprised to see the For Sale signs up shortly after move in!
