You can buy the products below from Sears Home Central and pay in equal monthly installments over 3 years. No interest is charged and their prices are very competitive. Minimum purchase to qualify is $1500 per transaction. Getting correct information out of Sears is hard because they have a lot of different offices that are all messed up and give you bad info.
However, some salesmen from Sears Home Central set up a website that covers the products you can get this deal for and the site is www.wholehousecomfort.com This is a product information site and not officially affiliated with Sears. The website talks about a 2 year payment plan but you can actually do 3 years.
You'll need to go to a Sears Customer Service counter (there's one close to Mill Pond) and get a Sears card or a Sears MasterCard. I would apply for the Sears branded MasterCard because the stuff you buy on it that is not covered by the 3 year no interest plan is 10% less interest than Sears own card. You can get an instant approval and they'll give you a temporary card. If you need a high credit limit, you'll need to call Sears after you apply for the card.
Products available:
Air Conditoning
Home Heating
Fireplaces
Air Cleaners
Water Heaters (they do tankless too)
Water Softeners (they have a deal on now for their top of the line ... 45,100 grains ... which is $1500 but now $500 off so you can get it for $1000, good til Sunday)
Window Coverings
Lots of other products too, just ask Brian
This program doesn't officially cover garage door openers but the guy we met with today said that he had a way to squeeze those into the plan as well but you would have to talk to him directly so he can arrange it for you. Here's his contact info, don't talk to anybody else at Sears because they will mess you up like they did me. I'm so glad I finally found him. He's out of Kitchener but Cambridge is part of his territory. He's on the road alot so just leave him a message and he'll call you back.
