New Customer Care coordinator

Did anyone else get a letter in the mail today that said that Sofi has accepted a position to work in the Cambridge community so there was a new person who is replacing her as Our customer Care Coordinator!

Her info is as follows Kelly Spencer

and her email is kelly.spencer@mattamycorp.com

She said she is in daily contact with the site office and to contact her for any concerns or questions and she will direct you to the appropriate people!

i just got it today on Mattamy letter head paper and it was addressed from January 26,2009

Shes working at the main office in Oakville!

I spoke with her yesterday and she's was quick to help me address my question. I called Sofi's number to talk to her and got Kelly's VM.

I wonder what position Sofi accepted in Cambridge?

yeah i received this letter also about 2 days ago hoping it was some info on when i was going to get my price booklet .... :(

Kelly was actually out of the office today. I had Jennifer, the customer care manager contact me via email this afternoon.

Hi,

After hearing all of you talk about "Kelly" i decided to email her to ask when construction would begin on Phase 6.........LOL

I got a response from her on the same day.....[i think she will be great]

Anyway, she said target date for excavation would be early June, but that is just an estimate. I was hoping it would be earlier.....LOL

Oh well, something to look forward to for the summer.

Hi Smart.....

Ya i cant wait. I drive by there every day on the way to work.

In the summer i will be there everyday weekend. Double checking that everything is being done according to plan.

I will be on my front pourch drinking a Tim Hortons coffee in a partially completed home.......LOL

I think most of my upgrade decisions are made now. I just need to decide what I will do for upstairs bathrooms....LOL

When we went into the construction office this afternoon, we ran into Sofi. Didn't get a chance to ask her what she's doing now though!
