I got a southgate corner. I wondering how much was mattamy asking you for a cold cellar? Does your southgate have the wrap around porch?

i will be getting my Design book on march 18th I will let you no then,

and yes its a "L" shape porch i think they all do... but not %100 sure

Hi Brian,

There are 2 elevations to the Southgate corner. Only the one elevation has a wrap aound pourch.

One elevation has a really nice bow window in the formal room and it does not have a wrap around pourch.

Yours will be the way it is in the diagram you got when you signed your purchase agreement. There would have been a drawing of it........

I asked a design center rep this question but she didnt know, so could anyone tell me what mattamy is charging to replace the kneewall in the southgate w/ rail, pickets and do they charge extra to have these pickets standing on an oak trim piece as oppose to haveing carpet around (my 2nd floor hallway will be carpet)

Hi Danny,

I replaced the knee wall with rail and pickets. I was charged $796.00

There was no additional charge built in for the additional stain. The stain for the main stairs covered this as well. In addition i paid the $107.00 for sq pickets and post, and that price covered the pickets in the upstairs hallway as well.

I went with the standard rail.
