Hi,
Is there any phase 6 owners out there............
I am wondering if they will try to move the closings up. Somepeople on here had their possessions moved up a few months.
It would be great to have possession moved up to fit the schedule of the sod laying.....LOL.............
I cant wait to get in and make my landscape plan. But i think we have to wait a year or so for the site to be signed off before we can put up a fence. We may also have to wait a year before landscaping in case they have to make any adjustments to the grading.
I cant remember if in the townhouses Mattamy plants a tree? If not I am thinking a chinese maple [it is small and slow growing so should look great...lol]
