Does anybody have a list of e-mails for people on site?
I was out there on the weekend and our basement had a tonne of water in it since somebody left the window open and I was none too happy with that :mad:

Otherwise, I know Suzanne Herbet's email address is con_cambridge@mattamycorp.com She is the admin person there who is super helpful! And she is normally quick to respond also!

Wow! That is quite the amount of water in there!
We don't have windows and we didn't notice any water in our basement.

yeah, we're below the grade of the dirt partially so its like a waterfall...
I hope if the windows weren't left opened it wouldnt have done it. I asked them to replace the insulation in the wet area even if they didnt think it necessary.

Ohhh it makes sense now! Wow I can picture how all the water went into the basement now.
I hope they replace the insulation in the affected spots.

Ours HAD windows and now they're out and just framed with wood supports and covered (loosely) with plastic. I think that the reason that they do this, is to get things in the basement (ie. our furnace was just delivered and it was brought in through the basement windows.)

Well I know for ours, they most likely did this to A) Finish pouring the missing concrete from our basement that they dug up. B) Still putting gas pipes in through the basement windows (Saw it when we were up there on Monday) as well as any other pipes (And as mentioned above furnaces) ;)
