New 43' Vista Corner model?

Hi just noticed on the Mattamy price list they have a new model called Vista Corner lot under the 43' lots. Has anyone seen the floorplan yet? It is about 2232 sq. ft. as a four bedroom for $316,900.

There is a vista model at the Stoney Creek Mattamy site, maybe it is the same?

Unbelieavable that they wait for hard times before coming up with alternate models that might entice people to buy some of the lots remaining!

We are happy with what we bought but still would of been nice to have these choices available back then!:)

we spoke to Audrey a couple weeks ago and she told us the Vista goes on only one lot in the whole project

she was as confused as we were regarding the reasons

so there will only be one of these homes in the whole community. 2,200 sq. ft. for $317 is super CHEAP!!
