phase 6

Hi,

Does anyone know if "Phase 6" is still targeted for October 2009, or are they moving the possession date up. I know that some phases were moved up.

I'm in phase 5 and our closing date was moved up by 5 months. Don't be surprised if Mattamy calls you to move in early. Did you remove the early closing clause in your purchase agrement?

I never did remove the clause..................So far I havent heard anything from Mattamy regarding moving my possession up yet.

My design appointment is at the end of Feb. I have been in Mexico for the past 6 weeks [heading home friday dec 19]....I will be checking out phase 6 area when i am back. Last time i was there no roads had been built yet.

With the cost of upgrades I dont want possession moved up too early.....lol..........I want to pay for as many upgrades as possible without rolling it into the mortgage.

You already have a design appointment scheduled??? Thats quick. When was it scheduled?

Hi Danny,

They booked my design appointment in early November I think. My appointment is near the end of Feb.

I think they are really busy now with phase 5 people being moved up. But if you dont have your appointment booked call them.

Did you get your design book. If you didnt you should ask...........The more time you have to think about upgrades the better.
