Hope the rumours are false. I don't even know if they have the sewers blasted yet! I hope everything is on schedule but I am hearing some rumours that they may be behind schedule! I hope not as I'm sure everyone is as excited as we are in wanting to move! If anyone knows any latest news please feel free to let us know!:)

I cant wait till we see lot markers and foundations poured as then we know the houses will be going up fast!:)

Oh yeah I guess I had to start a discussion on this board to post. Hopefully it will be the start of a great sounding board for our community! Looking forward to meeting you all in the neighbourhood!

I am with you, I hope the rumors aren't true!!

I can't wait until the lot markers and foundation are poured - Then it'll seem like things are happening and it'll make the trip from Brampton more worthwhile then just looking at the piles of dirt!

I hope the people on the board will definitely keep us informed as soon as they hear things! I am soooo excited to move :p

We don't get our house until August but I really hope things are on schedule. We have a Mattamy in Milton right now. The houses around here have gone up with little delay. It should be the same. You are both lucky to be getting your homes so soon.

Hey Everyone, I took some pics last week and will be going back to the site every week to take pics and I have posted them on facebook and will keep doing the same. Yesterday when i drove by they were putting up some cute little white fencing, it looked awesome. I live near the site and its fun to see some progress. I went to orientation last night and it was great meeting some neighbours, a fun bunch it will be. Already talking BBQ's, drinks, kids, pets and so on. Like everyone, I hope we can move in on our original closing date, which is Feb10th 2009. Cheers Everyone!

Wow it seems like forever ago, since we have had our orientation!! We've had the orientation and our first design appointment quite some time ago. Our 2nd appointment is July 11th which still seems still far away.

I agree, I am crossing my fingers hoping that our original move in date isn't delayed also (Feb4th)

I think so! We asked today at our appoinment (as we have 1 month til closing and LOTS needs to be completed still!) and they said we were. Plus I don't think they would be going ahead with the advanced digging program if they weren't? That's my opinion though so I don't know. Haha I like to remain optimistic (Until I get a delay letter from Mattamy....)

Have you checked your deadlines for the most Mattamy can delay you by? (Ie. 30 days notice for 2 weeks delays - something like that - don't quote me)
